Yeah, because he was OP opressive and outclassing other ap midlaners ( nothing to do with the price changes or creating a assassin item or making mr items better ). Riot has no clue of what they are doing

I played him after the nerfs. he feels. absolutely AWFUL. i won't play him until he gets buffed back. his winrate was already low. around 46%. stupid nerf

Viktor is still strong I don't even get why people are complaining about him being weak. He is and has been one of my favorite mid laners for awhile and those tiny nerfs did jack shit to him.

no i think has the lowest win rate for a mid laner, becuase you know that was her main role before riot decided to toss her into the jungle nerf her into oblivion and leave her for dead...

oh well... based on her lore she got out of that once before... i hope she can again i think her mid lane ratio was down to 33% before champion gg decided to stop tracking her mid.

quit your complaining or riot will throw you in the jungle as well
