Sunfire Cap Shouldn't Proc Tower Shots

i can already see 2 people bming their opponent by walking under tower, slowly burning him down with sunfire.

there have been arguments in the past to make the aura a toggle to turn it off, so you dont just randomly draw baron aggro when checking the pit for wards, or try to get turret pressure without immediately aggroing a turret, but having the turret ignore sunfire is a new one.

I disagree.
