Why is Soraka even allowed to exist right now?
You might as well call her the Fountain at this rate of healing and regen, unbelievable and such incompetence on Riot's part for even allowing such cancer to exist.

Several things in game that make her useless are: 
Morde and sightless you both made me do a face palm. You don't use those items on her but rather her allies since they cut healing effects in half which will make soraka's heals almost useless and at a higher cost.
will you guys shut up about raka thxs to you people we have a rework of her coming to and the shen rework is going so great
