Team Comps

With regional's on the line, there are some quite interesting picks and comps already played and (i hope) more are about to come. So i wanted to ask people if they have any interesting team comps in mind and how would they work.

For example i would like to see top, jungle, mid, ADC and support and all having from the sorcery tree the Celerity rune, which gives extra MS and increases AD or AP depending on bonus MS. Most of these champions have good laning phase, except , all of them are good at engaging and chasing. So how this would work is, after laning phase they can group in a lane and rush it down. can speed up everyone, then and engage, followed by the rest of the team. With the speed they will engage, there is almost no way for the enemy team to run away and all the speed ups+Celerity will make everyone hit harder than a truck. So this team can just run down the enemy team.
