No. You'll just be limited to using them with sightstone and your trinket- no more 75 gold ones in the shop.

If you cant read it, they're upgraded sightstones. BUT they show traces of the starting support items. So im guessing riot created an upgrade to combine either one of

On another note, because they're removing steath wards, I hear they're putting the power into the trinkets to start with 2 wards.
They are removing individual purchasable wards stealth wards from the shop. Now all stealth wards are going to have to come from trinkets or sightstones. Vision wards are still available from the shop, and having their price reduced to 75g (same as current stealth wards), but the same restrictions (only have 1 active per person and can be seen).
