Can the following scenario be considered bad sportsmanship

Hi guys, thanks for commenting on this.

So in a game my team and I sort of fed the other team to the point where it is highly improbable that we can win. So the enemy team knows this and they only pushed down 1 inhibitor and took out our nexus turrets, and then they just stood in our base, killing minions and my teammates if they (or I) venture out of the fountain. This portion of the "game" continued for a good 20 min or so before they got bored and finally push for the win (the actual game was a bit longer than 40 min). My team doesn't want to surrender so we had to endure this "game".

So what is the verdict? Is the other team showing bad sportsmanship?

yes. That should be reportable and bannable. The only trouble is proving it.....

Sadly, Riot themselves really don't have a problem with people acting like this. I however, have learned to not simply because I have lost games from fooling around. It's childish.
