More map awareness. At one point you placed a ward in river but didn't see the elise coming to gank you until poppy had already all-inned you. If you're winning the lane and there are no objectives or need to group you should freeze it near your turret to deny experience and farm safely to stay ahead.

There is no need to push it into the opposing tower and expose yourself to danger. She either risks overextending without wards or she loses cs, gold, and experience. If you have a lead with Teleport you could also use it to get other lanes ahead.
