I feel like all of the latest reworks have been overwhelmingly overpowered, to the extent that I think the balance team in general is a joke.
The fact that Graves is allowed to play successfully in three different roles (in fact, the MOST successfully out of 127ish champions) makes me doubt the balance team in general.

All 5 of these were changed decently (or released) in the the past about half a year.
Don't forget about how they had to completely shaft Skarner any time he's half-way decent. Meanwhile Ahri's allowed to commonly have the highest win-rate in the game considering pick-rate.

It's almost like he's getting nerfed on the PBE as we speak.
the real question is why is he allowed to have 450 base dmg on his Q.Who the fuck though that was a good idea?
can you provide a source? graves WAS great but now only his auto burst is decent if he's insanely close to you...they've nerfed his Q twice now(or is it pbe) since release and the last one already made it feel awkward as compared to 1-shotting an entire wave of minions
