Customizable UI Layout

For some reading this, I can understand why you would think that customizable layouts aren't nessary or that there are already some options to achieve this and you are correct. While it is nice to have these options, it would be even better to have more options to customize it, like being able to have the mini map placed on my upper left corner of the screen because as a top lanner the map gets in the way of being clicked upon sometimes. I have even thought about the Hud turning translucent if your mouse hovers over it to click underneath or that your healthbar ends up covering another HP bar at some point. Just like how the, chat box, item icons, death recap, and champs viewed in the tab can be moved and customized, I think this could healthily aim towards a layout good enough for everyone to eventually customize their own UI setup so they don't run into very minor inconveniences that could have been avoided if they unlocked their screen.
