When's the last time you got reported solely because you won? Is this really an issue?

Have you ever reported a trash talker in a game you won? No, you just laugh in his face and tell him he's all talk. But if that trash talker beats you, then everything he said goes under your skin, you turn into a bitter crybaby or high morals and ethics, then you file a report. This is the truth of the matter. I haven't been reported by enemy team in a game I lost.
