When are the Stormrazor bugs on Jhin going to be fixed?

The thought of an item giving triple is gold value in stats as pure AD and allowing an ADC who's entire gameplay design revolves around not being able to crit until his 4th auto, to crit on every single auto attack, is kind of ridiculous. On top of that, Jhin getting a bonus 200% movespeed on every auto attack means that once Jhin gets Stormrazor, it doesn't matter if he's 0-35, he will start two and three shotting everyone in the game who doesn't have 180 armor and will be entirely untouchable while he does it.

Jhin's have been abusing this well documented bug for months, meanwhile the item bugs out and fails to do damage or overrides other crit passives, causing it or everything to stop functioning altogether. What makes this more sad is that these were game breaking bugs that everyone was well aware of back when they were new on the PBE.

What's even worse is that this item was busted on Jhin when it launched, but the Jhin mains bitched and bitched and bitched and bitched because it "made their crits 20% weaker", you know, the crits they're getting on every auto attack and not just the fourth. And you know what Riot did? They buffed Stormrazor to make it even more stupid on him, without fixing the main bug in the process.

Jhin's "crit bug" was fixed while everyone else remains broken and unusable. That's some fucking shit. Jhin remains the only champion with a viable build path that uses Stormrazor, while everyone else gets fucked.

Fucking fix Stormrazor already and stop ignoring your community, although that's par for the course at this point. It wouldn't be Riot Games without waiting for 5 months and Worlds to go by before "noticing some issues" with certain elements of their game.
