3 patches later and Stormrazer is still not working as intended

When I say busted, I don't mean overtuned. I mean it's actually broken. Doesn't work as intended. What champions it does and doesn't work on is basically random but any champions that it does work with who have crit mechanics end up god-tier off of one item while it's an actual troll buy in other crit-champs.

For example, it's a recommended item on Shaco's build list, which is funny considering its passive doesn't even proc with Shaco's backstab. It's the equivalent in usefulness on Shaco of having a Runnan's and a BF Sword.

But then you have champions like Jhin who are so absurdly broken with it that he can become a super mobile hypercarry off of first item. His play rate almost TRIPLED after patch 8.11 and instead of the expected winrate dip from the flood of new players, his winrate went up by almost 3% and has stayed there.

It's just kind of startling that Riot would let the single buggiest item to have ever been released for league go completely unchanged or even locked out until it's fixed, considering the absolutely abysmal effect it's having on the game at the moment.

Stormrazor's introduction was so weird... They said they wanted to reduce the up-front damage of ADCs, and then released another version of the shiv/RFC gimmick. Why.

The question here is:

Who cares about shaco in this game?, even his creator regret it.

I think riot will just wait until noone plays him and then delete.

That's a bad example, cause it'S shaco's passive that creats bad crit interaction and not stormrazor. I haven't encountered a single bug or something like that with stormrazor, it's just that some champions can abuse the mechanic alot better than others, which was totally obvious(just like most keystones and some other items like duskblade...but hey, people complain about boring statstick items so that is what you get...)

Riot should just bite the bullet and make class specific item groups. They've tried having items be available to everyone and it's just too easy for unintended users to break the items.

I'm getting really sick of Riot releasing an item for a certain class and having it break another class because it works too well for them.

And no, Shaco and Wukong should not be able to use Stormrazor.
