I'm pretty sure Riot have made it impossible to actually get back up to honor level 2 within the same season as you reach honor level 0. Honor level 4 probably takes all of 2 weeks for someone to hit if they've never been punished, but it really does seem like Riot want to intentionally promote toxic behavior by saying, "you're toxic and you'll never be anything but toxic"

Keep in mind that getting chat restricted ever automatically drops you to honor level 0.

So it sounds like something you're doing is causing it to take longer.

This system literally promotes toxicity. Why would someone want to spend hundreds of hours "being good" to regaining honor for that chance of one game having it all taken away.

It's a one and done situation, once you're chat restricted or banned once there is no point in trying.

Most of what you've posted about is not true.

A chat restriction will not automatically drop you to honor 0. You would drop to honor 1, then to honor 0 if you are honor 1 before the chat restriction.

If you're not progressing in honor, then you're being negative in some way. You may be negative, but not enough to be punished for it. The only way to progress in honor is to play non-negative games.

Ive been honor 2 3rd checkpoint for over 2 months now, cannot get honor level 3.

i made a new account because its easier to be honor lvl 2 and not type to people, than to regain honor level 2.

Well there isn't supposed to be incentive for you to not be an asshole. If you're naturally a bad person and enjoy it maybe you deserve it.
