slow increased from 15/20/25/30/35% to 70% at all ranks do you want slowbot graves? seriously who the fuck thought of this...

however, they did change it so the 70% slow only lasts .5 seconds

I actually like this buff. Graves is trash and this is better than giving him more damage.

they are giving him more damage along with it. nearsight is very frustrating to play against and it will lead to some very unfriendly ganks

I don't. Slows cripple most melee champions and his is aoe and incredbly easy to land, and reduces vision on top of that.

Here's how to buff graves

step 1: 1000 more damages on his abilites

step 2: crit on q

step 3: all abilities now have a 3 hit passive

step 4: nerf graves

being quite hones, his W was always more of a one point wonder ability anyways, so i have no issue with the idea of this buff, my only concern is two things

A. does graves really need these buffs alongside the other smaller buffs he is getting B. is 70% slow a little too high

for question A i think he could certainly use some buffs to his kit for the midgame and these buffs are specifically targeted to just that, as for question B, i feel like 70% is a little high but you have to understand how slows work in league and that there are multiple effectiveness soft caps on slows, so in reality the 70% is not nearly as bad as you think it is but i do agree it is a tiny bit too high :)
