Evelynn rework

Is evelynn in the line for a rework within the next year? As someone who plays evelynn quite a bit since I first started playing league back in season 3, its rather frustrating to see constant tweeks to her numbers to try to balance her. I personally think getting rid of permanent invisibility, even though it may be iconic to her, may be the right thing to do at this point. In spite of her being one of my most played champions and although I really enjoy the sly-cooper-like approaches on unsuspecting ADC's, I think it could be better incorporated as a duration oriented ability of some sort, and maybe changing her ultimate a bit, because as it is, if she is indeed an assassin then her ultimate shouldn't encourage her to target groups and instead focus on individuals. I havea few possible ideas, but I'm definitely no balance expert, I'd just like to hear some feedback and just hope for some stability for one of my favorite champions at some point.
