Basic Dynamic Queue Setting

Can we please add a setting to remove the special effects and little cricket noises from dynamic queue? I play league of legends on the lowest possible settings and hardly get above 20 FPS. The Queue takes up so much on my computer I can hardly read stuff on the boards while waiting 6+minutes for a game while I play solo as a top/jungler. When duoing I just play Support to get around this issue but once I find a game the Banning process has numerous freezes and at times has even crashed for me. Not everyone who loves this game can afford a decent gaming laptop, I'd just like for the Queue FOR a game to not be so nerve racking.
