Is Ad jungle Fizz really viable?

Lately I've seen some threads about how Ad jungle Fizz is good, so I need some help from those who main Fizz and know pretty much everything about him. I want to give Ad jungle Fizz a try but the problem is I have no idea about what mysteries, runes, items to use for it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
