[STORE] Can't buy anything!

Whenever I try to buy something ''Purchasing...'' message won't go and stuck there. After that store goes black screen with loading thing in the middle of the screen.

I'm fucking trying to buy Katarina's and Riven's lunar revel skins and forget about the store now I can't even log in. WTF?

I can t Buy Champions, Runes, or Skins too. Riot we need some help here.

I can open the store, but when I click on "unlock", nothing happens. Also, when I click on the champion image, the splash art doesn't open. However, I can still buy champions through my profile.
