a sona literally has to constantly expose herself to danger for her income and during any of those poke attempts they can easily flash on you becuase it temporarily means being infront of your team

additionally, i'm good trying to think about the last spell i use in a fight to see if i have to slow a bruiser/reduce the damage of an assassin with her passive, i don't need someone to tell me to smash my head on the keyboard.

and what you forgot in your rotation is sona's passive which can either slow someone for 3 seconds or reduce the damage of someone by 40 or 50% in late game, but if you need to burst someone with her Q passive, then if you do Q/W/Q/W you will use diminuendo instead of stakato.

TheEvilQueen1352 votessona requires a lot of mana management and proper timing on the ult, you have to judge distance on q, w, and e so that they hit their target. there is her passive that requires thinking/attention. yea her abilities only require pressing a key(except for ult) but that doesn't mean they don't require thinking. sona may have lower cds than a lot of supports but that's a weakness if you are bad with mana management, which a lot of people are bad at. stop trashing a champion's skill level just because you find them "cheap" or constantly winning and think it's because it's easy. i'm not saying sona is difficult , she is pretty simplistic, but there are still people that suck at playing her.
