Shen: Where is he now?

This is a legitimate gauge of opinion. While has had 2 buffs in the last couple of patches, and they have been most helpful, some times he still feels like just a meat shield in teams fights. What do you think?

Shen is seen in higher elo since they have map awareness

His kit is a weird combination of a Tank, Support and Fighter that just doesn't work.

He has consistently been one of my go-to top laners. More recently with some of his buffs and some meta/itemization changes, he has become an even stronger lane bully; there are some games where literally the other laner just can't even do anything to me.
