only one who thinks giving EVERYONE homeguard buff after 20 mins is a bad idea?

Am I? All I can see is more people taking teleport and using homeguard to rush back to literally every single team fight or fights at any objective. At least before you had to take gold away from other things to accomplish that. Not including be able to chase down someone who barely survives fights with all the wards everywhere now. Seems like its gonna make the game even more annoying that it already currently is.
