@Riot Hextech crafting and I own all the champs....

Are you guys planning on doing anything for people who own all the champs? I really do enjoy the system but man I just bought $10 worth of rp bought a bunch of chests and keys and I literally got 1 skin shard out of 7 chests. It feels so bad man. I would like to buy more but it honestly just feels like a rip off when I literally can't do a thing with the 13 champion shards I currently have. I can honestly say I won't be buying anymore until you guys do or at least say you are going to be doing something about this.
