No plans for a larger Azir update, no. I'm sure they'll be some follow up tuning needed on these changes though of course.

any changes for twitch coming up? hes been incredibly strong for months now and no one mentions it.

Tbh I played some Viktor lately, and I found it really strong. Try hextech gunblade, it sounds weird but trust me, it works.

Sometimes people can do good and sometimes people don't, so I try to use that stat aggregation websites to remove any perception bias, and he's at about 46 and change percent winrate, which is not good.
