New Support Item - AP item with Stun or Root Active

I would be nice to have an AP item as a support that is capable of stunning an enemy champion. I main Karma and I have an annoying problem with champions like MasterYi that are not affected by my slow because of immunity ultimate. There are also other champions that have a fair amount of slow resistences and it would be nice to be able to have an AP support item that is capable of doing a stun. Something like a mirror which does a direction stun, like Taric's old dazzle.

I do not believe that would be too OP to ask for at all.

it would bc of the opportunities for champs with hard cc already for example annie support with a stun chain would be completely broken. they didn't give karma a stun to allow for that counter play. It is something that has to be considered during pick and bans or you will have to deal with a champ like yi.
