Jarvan buff was Useless

Come on Riot don't get me wrong I like Jarvan as much as the next Jarvan player but an inability to poke was not why top lane Jarvan died. A real buff would be to buff his base armor and Magic resist because you nerfed that and took away the runes and masteries he used. Hey buffing his w could even help him out. The problem is that he loses trades to almost every top laner and he's squishy during the later stages of the game.
