I don't know if this was part of the work that Rito has been doing on network stuffs, but my latency has recently dropped form 110+ MS down to a consistent 70 MS. Now, 70 is still not competitive (some say) but I have noticed a fairly significant difference.

you had 110 ping in michigan? i had 97 in virginia. its down to 91 now so ive seen an improvement but lord... are you sure it wasnt something on your end that you fixed?

You have Charter? Charter in Michigan reportedly joined the Riot network about a week ago.
So when tools tell you that 70 is not competitive just ignore them. I live in LA and i get 55 if you watch berj, hai or anyone else they get 40 to 55 in the LA area also. The difference between 50 and 70 is less than 1/10 of a sec.
