Title says it all. Got placed into Bronze 5 in Flex with my buddy. (Previously Silver, he was previously Gold)
Our most recent match features a "diamond" player and a "plat" player on our team who both fed and died and were toxic all game. It's... so sad

People need to stop saying "I can't get out of Bronze because I have to beat Plats and Diamonds" when it IS NOT TRUE. You are facing MOSTLY Bronze, Silver and Unranked, with the OCCASIONAL Gold on EITHER team. Also, don't say that a LOW GOLD on your team is a PLAT OR DIAMOND that is making it impossible for you to climb, it is simply **NOT TRUE. **
You DID have a Plat 3 in 1 NORMAL game and a Plat 2 in another NORMAL, but that does not affect your ability to climb Ranked.
Flex has it's own ranked ladder. Solo queue rank does not impact who gets matched with whom.
If i am Challenger in solo queue and bronze in flex, i could be in your game.
The problem is that a lot of people have much lower MMR In Flex than in Solo q. Eventually it will balance out, but honestly there is not much of a difference between bronze 3 and silver to where it is going to make a huge impact. Silver 5 to Gold 5 isn't even that big of a difference. In all of the games the 'outliners' didn't even make an impact.
It's even harder for my level 10 friend who's constantly getting gold and plats in his games :( Same shit happened to me when I started LoL.
And it's not just having to be better than gold/plat, because your bronze/silver team will most likely feed them and make it even harder than it should be. And I'm not mad about them dying, I expect bronze/silver to have no chance to gold/plats, and it's not their fault the matchmaking is so fucked. It's not any more enjoyable when you get the plat or golds on your team and the game is a free win, I just want matches with people of the relatively same skill level.
you're playing flex, not many take it seriously and plays their offrole and champs they don't play in solo queue.
if this was solo queue and they were legit plat+ they will climb out of bronze-gold elo so fast that you shouldn't even have to worry about this.
Dont know if its only because im a dirty three's player. im silver with two un-ranked versus plat/gold/silver team.. and like the title says always in my proportionals in silver a single 1200 mr versus 1600 mr team fml
Stuck in Gold 1 in 3v3 because I fight nothing but Diamonds, Masters, and Challengers. It's pretty fucking stupid.
Well theres your problem right there...you are playing flex que. Flex is just Dynamic Que with a different name but same problems. if you are duoing with just 1 other person just play solo/duo.
