[BUG] Intro CO-VS AI Quests always tell the user to press "F" even if Quest spell is on "D"

Hey Bug Guys

Teaching my wife the basics of this game, so we went back to some intro CO-OP VS AI, and the quests to use summoner spells (Heal, for example) seem to always tell the player to press "F" for heal, even when heal is on the "D" command.

This was pretty confusing for my wife (who is not a gamer) because she kept using Ghost instead of Heal, which was making her frustrated.

Any chance we can get a simple fix for this?
