Akali's Ult Stack counter not visble anymore to opponents

I have already made this bug report numerous times and have been ignored so I'm going to post another one. Can we please get red response into why its missing or if its intended or not?

In patch 4.2 it explicitly got added back in for clarity purposes and added some visual counterplay in terms of keeping track how many she has at a time, since its gone now opponents have no idea how many she has when she starts expending them in a fight.

Also for spectators its annoying that you cannot see it as well, when spectating an Akali being played.

TL;DR Since 4.19 Akali's ultimate stack counter has been missing and does not show for anyone, herself, opponents and spectators.
