@Pwyff, the patch notes for 5.3 is missing Oracle lens cost reduction

On the PBE, the cost of oracle lens got reduced from 475 to 250.

And currently on the 5.4 PBE build with Zilean rework its still 250. I'm assuming that this is intentional and got missed out in the patch notes?

This is a pretty huge change to vision control around the map, especially since alot of junglers/support always bought it. Now it will pretty much mean they have less investment needed to upgrade to oracle lens.

EDIT: Checked Ingame currently live 5.2, the price is 475g
