Dispel Champion or Shield Breaking item.

Shields are not effected by grievous wounds and champions that spam shields or can stack shields (along with items) are making adc's to effective. I would like to Suggest a champion with and ult that is an AoE mass-dispel or implement and item with a Blade-like-activate, single target but removes shields on a target. Heals are strong but they have counter play, the only counter play to a shield is wait it out or burst it down and sometimes waiting is not an option. Comps with Karma, Janna, Lulu and Locket are making unkillable kog maws who just stand still... not even kite... but stand still and destroy enemies in front of them. Some counter play for shields would be a welcomed change in the future please.
