Solo/Duo Que | Any changes coming

I'm not here to complain about solo que or anything like that, but there is obviously a massive problem with the LP system and I think most people can agree on it. If you go 27/9, and your team feeds the entire game, you have had a good game, but you still get deducted the same as your entire team if you loose? I just wanted to know if they plan to tweak this LP system a bit because its a matter of luck whether you get a good team or not. I think win/loss should have a large part in the LP system but I dont think the losses should be as punishing for people who got high numbers of objective kills/player kills/player kill assists.
