Am I the only one that thinks GA feels awkward?
I feel like Guardian angel feels awkward on almost any champion. The stats on it just don't match up with anyone well. Obviously, the passive is great, but thee 30 armor +40 attack damage.
You get 0 hp so it honestly doesn't do a lot as far as defensive, especially in today's meta, then you have 40 attack damage, which is a low amount slotted in. So you get tanks trying to get a bit more damage, but the armor rarely does much of anything on top of what they build. Then you get ADCs who build it, it's only 40 attack, but has revive, thing is armor does nothing because their entire champion has no HP.
It just feels inefficient and not really fitting on any champion as far as the stats go. Obviously, situationally the passive works well, particularly on some champions. The price isn't super high either but put it next to the Frozen Mallet. Yes, it costs a crazy amount, but it's better in every way, it offers WAY more survivability, with 10 less damage, but from an offensive perspective because of the slow it's more offensive than GA, and between the HP and slow which can also be defensive, it just offers more survivability.
Point being though, I feel like GA is a waste of space, I guess I could see buying it at some point, but then swapping it out at full build, but I always feel like I'm wasting a slot when using it. Also, there's an argument that frozen mallet is gold inefficient, but there's the same argument that GA is gold inefficient if you have to sell it at some point. Also, as far as ADCs go, unless your team is really on point, GA passive rarely saves them.
IDK, I liked the old GA, the new one just feels like it has a very awkward set of stats, is it just me?
