Fiora, and recent rework/gameplay updates

WHY? WHY does Fiora get this potentially amazing nearly complete rework/retune of her character, while Miss Fortune who btw has very similar statistics pick % gets what amounts to a complete NERF with her update, which basically does nothing but removes GW and gives her an extremely situation Laning phase buff which is reliant on your opponent having Bad positioning. Miss Fortune mains get the proverbial "shaft" while Fiora gets to be re-tuned into the next FoTM Highlight champion.

As a Miss Fortune main for a very, very long time and also a creator of an extremely popular guide currently for Miss Fortune, I don't think by any means are these nerfs and nor does Miss Fortune need what Fiora needed.

Miss Fortune has extremely defined strengths and weaknesses, and even when she's behind in the game she still has uses like her high base damage ultimate, her slows, and since she's an ADC she will still do damage even late game where she quite obviously falls off.

The CURRENT Fiora, not the new one, is just killing. If she gets behind, she's useless, if she gets ahead, she's difficult to shutdown without her instakilling you and your tanks. She's just a button smashing champion like Katarina, who if she gets ahead will dominate, and if she gets behind will be useless. Except in Katarina's case, you just roam bot lane for a double and 1v5 after.

LOL this Fiora rework is going to be trash. The amount of skill and luck you need to make full use of her kit isn't worth it in the end.

The only real concern over the rework in her kit is the fact that players with bad ping, are going to be at a severe disadvantage when trying to use some of her skills. W, and R come to mind. The other parts of her kit, jesus... % Max Health True Damage on her ult, that junk is broke on Vayne, it'll be broke on Fiora, and also, she got an AoE heal tacked onto her Ult WHY??? What about dueling makes you think, oh look let me heal EVERYONE! It makes no sense whatsoever.
