the main reason twitch is strong is because bullshit safe supports stand there and make him unavailable. he got nerfed 4 times, nothing happended they nerfed supports he dropped hard.

I don't know how Riot thought that a champion whose ability can literally deal over 100% of a target's max HP as damage after a Deathcap was a good idea.

He's not even strong, it's the items, trust me I know, I been playing Varus since season 5. Before this on-hit build was discovered for Varus he was quite a bad pick with a 48% winrate by the end of season 6 I think it was or early to mid season 7.

Picture this scenario:

Guinsoo's Rageblade was removed from the game, what would Varus build as his first item?

Some might say BORK but that item is just underpowered and not that many ADC's even buy it anymore.

In addition, i'm not sure if you've noticed or know this at all but Varus tends to have a really strong Mid and Early-ish game. But then he get's blown up by burst late game by someone like full crit Draven.
