Remove lifesteal from Aram

Lifesteal makes some champs way too powerful on ARAM, lifesteal in general is too powerful (in both ARAM and SR). You just need to hit a couple of minions and boom back to full (or almost full) health. I think they should either remove lifesteal from ARAM, or maybe make it proc on champs only or something (though that is still problematic on champs that can build AS or have AS in their kits). That or severely nerf it. watching squishy champs outsustain even the most ridiculous of damage because they have one or two lifesteal items is obscene.
