Could we give some love to Teemo?

Ok, we know that our most lovely and cutest Yordle doesn't need much help to keep his reign of terror and slaughter over Valoran. But since the Crabby addition the the map and the polishing done to the map, Teemo's Mushrooms aren't at their best stat. So proposal:

Blinding Dart:

  • Mana Cost reduced to 70/75/80/85/90 from 70/80/90/100/110

Move Quick:

  • Mana cost reduced to 40/35/30/25/20 from 40 at all levels. ~~

Noxius Trap:

  • Mana cost reduced to 50/75/100 from 75/100/125
  • Restorage cooldown decreased to 35/30/25 from 35/31/27
  • Damage Ability Power Ratio increased to 0.55/0.60/0.65 from 0.5

The goal of these changes are to make his small Mana Pool more usefull at later stages of the game, and give some power back to his Noxius Trap at late game, when he has less time to infest the whole map.

Updated: Range of Q back ti live Values, Move Quick scales to 20 instead of 0, Noxius Trap AP ratio increases by level.

Let's be real. I'm all for fairness, and I understand that there are people that play Teemo... but he's more of League's mascot than he is a champion.

In all honesty, the crab beating down on his shrooms aren't that big of an issue for me, shrooming the enemy jungle has always seemed like a more worth-while spending of mana than shrooming Baron/Drake.

Just my opinion, but I don't find Shrooming Baron/Drake to be that useful really (unless you're trying to stop roamers, in which case a ward works better since they don't know they've been spotted (which could lead to them wasting time).)

teemo needs a rework aimed at his usefullness the only scenario in which he is usefull is when his shrooms take around half of your hp

What the hell are you talking about...? So you want to buff his bully-potential at top lane even further wth? Just no. Do you know what Teemo needs if you think he is in a "bad spot"? Actual smart Teemo mains. We don't need to get babied by unnecessary Teemo buffs. If they can't win as Teemo against champs like, I dunno, Aatrox or Fiora , then it's time they start maining another champ.

Teemo just needs a rework, so he has a late game, and poison mechanic that does not KS everyone.

I say Teemo ok way he is got np using him can be OP with Teemo no need for buffs at all I can say he can a big pain deal with in line giving him buffs well be more upseting deal with hes good kit.

His damage potential does need buffed after the huge shroom nerf. I think increasing the on-hit damage of his e from .3 to .3/.35/.4/.45/.5 would get him closer to the sustained damage AD marksmen put out, and add more scaling for team fights. (AP Teemo has NO Crits, so his on hit damage needs improved. His Q does have a nice burst, perhaps equal to one crit, but no other burst damage until the next cooldown.)

I could see buffing his shrooms from .5 to .55/.60/.65 -- this would give end game scaling, while not being too oppressive early game.

Teemo's on-hit damage is sub-par. Buffing his on-hit e damage would be no worse than any typical AD champion, who gets 100% of their AD items as damage, and quite often sees his AD damage scale through other abilities. The bully part of Teemo's e comes from the dot damage, as Teemo can get out of retaliation range, while still doing damage.

Yeah he needs some sort of a buff for sure. I still play the old TRM style Teemo not building AP but rather item such as Wits End, Tri-force, BotRK, etc. So my mana pool is not very large even with the Sheen and Tri force, I run out of mana from dropping my 3 shrooms (which the scuttle crap will break if I don't kill it first). I like your ideas!

I can think of a number of champs that are in far more desperate need of improvement, you know like the ones you don't see anymore, assuming you know they exist in the first place =P
