What should be done with Galio?

So recently I've been playing a lot of off META champions trying to find new strategies and get better at the game in general. Recently I started playing . In the few games I've played, I've noticed that he can be a very strong support, regardless of whether you play him full AP or full tank or something in between. He has a good AOE slow and speed up. His defense buff is a great tool to keep your carries alive and give Galio health back. Most importantly his ult is an azing teamfighting tool that can swing an entire fight in your favor. Unfortunately his ult is pretty useless and his mama cost are absurdly high. If you try to poke at all you will be OOM in no tim3.

1. As a result I want to talk about what can be done to Galio to make him more relevant. Seeing the recent passive change, it's clearly not beyond the realm of possibility to give him a relevant passive. Also his mana costs could either be reduced or his abilities given more meaningful damage or utility. I just want to hear what everyone has to say and maybe get the word to riot that we want to be great!
