Why does 
's E not give assist in any case? Surely a lot of kills are taken with his vision, when some careless opponent walks low HP where he shouldn't and is spotted out.
I suggest to add assists for the ability, maybe with some restrictions.
Assists are determined if you have damaged the enemy in the time period before they die (think its like 15 seconds) or buff (stat increase through abilities) shield or heal an ally who has damaged the enemy in the time period. Passive buffs like aegis do not trigger assists.
Since WW e is not a stat increase, he does not get assists, even though it can be super useful. You do get assists off his w though, so make sure to press that when near allies.
