Does Frozenmallet offer too much health?

i was doing fine but when a Shyvana or Udyr or Gnar finish their frozen mallet, they are unkillable even tho they don't have that much resistances, this mid season update was to lower health on items so that they don't negate damage that they are not resistant to, for instance Sunfire cape, and everyone hates the tank meta due to tanks killing everyone and yet very Difficult to kill them, but frozenmallet is a different story, it offers damage but health to negate any retaliation, when a shyv jumps on you she already has massive unexpected burst, but what can you do when your constantly slowed and she has a large speed boost? u could try to fight back but your damage isnt enough and is negated by the health, if your mobile you can prob get away but she may have chunked a good part of your health forcing you to back or risk dying if you stay, same for yi for an instance, when Yi builds Frozenmallet its very hard o get away from him if he has flash up, and its hard to burst him down due to his 700 health larger health pool and his w damage reduction.

Some champs that don't need mallet but build it for example tryndamere are also quite a bother, their slow built int heir kit plus the slow is already annoying enough but how do you expect to escape him or get him low enough to make him flee if your damage is negated by the extra 700 health? imo i think Frozenmallet is in a state Rylais used to be before its nerf, and since this is the tank meta atm, Frozenmallet gives the tankiness yet damage that no one wants to deal with. Its been nerfed in the past but its health got buffed the ad only got lowered by 10 which isnt that huge of a nerf, i feel like it needs to have its health toned down a bit, combine it with a resistance item and its health is significantly more impactful which will make it even harder to kill a target, Warmogs i dont mind, but mallet gives almost as much hp but also damage which sounds really intimidating with champs that are ad and have abilities that scale with health, for another example would be volibear, quite hard to deal with if he got hsi hands on this item wouldnt it? massive health, damage to be reckoned with, and his own way of catching up to you, same for shyvana, its hard enough to deal with them already but with this item it just makes it worse, i would really advise that Mallet have its health lowered a bit for the unnecessary tankyness it gives when combined with other items, its especially more impactful in this meta and most damaging tanks are abusing it, this item is hidden op and should get the same treatment as rylais.

It had its health increased an AD decreased a few months ago.

The biggest selling point of the item is that it offers long-term stickiness for tanks. It doesn't see enough play to need outright nerfs, and reducing the costs or increasing the AD as compensation would push it towards being an ADC buy, who aren't the intended purchasers.

But its more than just tanks building it ex. yasuo.

The item specifically got nerfed so that Yasuo wouldn't use it.

The reason people buy frozen mallet isn't because the item itself is OP, but because when combined with things like bork/bloodrazer (lifesteal/attack speed items), the amount of utility you get off it is pretty good. Much like rylai's, decreasing the HP won't actually matter too much as it tends to be the passive that people want out of it, similar to how rylai's is used even with the HP nerf on that.

thats kinda my point, u are forced to fight back but its hard to burn through all that health. When you die u dont feel like u get outplayed at all which really bothers me.
