like arent adc's "suppose" to be dominate when it comes to dps? they still have the same counters as before and die just as easily as they did before as well.

Nope. A good adc and a good support are the decider of a game if they get fed. Adc just do too much damage without any weakness because there's always a lulu protecting the adc from assassins and the adc just becomes an unkillable monster especially with ardent censer. Adcs are definitely the strongest because there itemisation is op and just scales too well. I suggest that riot makes crit items more expensive because they too bang for their buck (rip bruiser items)

burst > sustain >tank > burst

the problem right now is is adc have burst have sustained burst

so they counters everything

adc need to do CONSTANT damage in a fight... not outburst the burst mages while at the same time killing the tanks

In a 1v1 game they would die as easily as they used to. However, with the % shield and healing items as well as the Locket going off max HP updates, you often have 2 tanks and 1 support (or at least just 1 tank) just standing around next to the ADC making them literally impossible to kill. Yes, it's a team game. But no, a Kog'Maw shouldn't become LITERALLY impossible to kill for any reason. Assassins have been nerfed because "muh counterplay," mages have been nerfed a lot, and now we're at a point where the only things that can kill ADCS are their own teammates not protecting them, which is stupid. A team of 5 can dive a Galio, Kog'Maw, and Janna, and easily lose.

For the most part, they are supposed to dominate the late game, yes. The problem is their items are too efficient and they (specifically RADs) get too strong too early.
