With Warwick's upcoming rework, I'm pretty curious

Has Riot settled on a direction they're going to take with the former Recruit-A-Friend rewards, Medieval Twitch and Gray Warwick? Considering that within a few weeks, the latter will be formally updated, I'm kind of wanting to know if Riot has any idea how to make those skins available to those who want them but couldn't get them while they were around - or what they're really wanting to do with them, for that matter.
