Azir: current state and pbe buffs

Azir in his current state is obviously a bit underwhelming as even if he gets strong by late game, it still is really hard to get there. On top of that it can be hard to keep your damage up unless your allies have hard cc to lock them near your soldiers.

Currently he has number buffs to his q damage and e shield, and a ratio buff to his w on the pbe for testing. While these will definitely help him, I wouldn't say this change is what will make him better and more fun to play. He suffers not because his soldiers do no damage but because enemies walk away from them to easily. The last the we need is another burst mage but the current pbe changes just make it easier to blow people up in one rotation. While the shield buff is nice and probably need, instead of damage buffs, a cd reduction on his q would make him more sustain damage focused and more about his control over the battlefield.

Thoughts?

Edit: Misread the notes, they actually nerfed his ratio on w. Even if it was high for sustained damage, he usually only gets 1 or 2 attacks off on an enemy anyway so rather unfortunate.

That ratio change for W is a nerf, not a buff...

I just want the range of his W to be increased so that W + E is a meaningful escape and you arent forced to blow 3 cooldowns (W+Q+E) to escape a Jarvan ultimate.

There's also the silly internal cooldown that comes between casting W and E which makes him feel really clunky and makes it really difficult to chase people who run from you.

Id say considering the ratio change that these changes are an overall nerf.
