Rek'sai bug, can't use abilities

I have had this happen to various degrees on rek'sai before from randomly not moving while underground and being near no one to being stuck underground for longer than I was cced (like 5 seconds longer). This time however I was completely unable to use any ability or summoner spell, including b to recall. What happened was I was underground, clicked on a tunnel, was stopped from going through it immediately by an anivia wall, then I pressed w to exit the ground. After exiting I could not use any abilities for the rest of the game. I could still move with my mouse. My teammates were vel'koz, ezreal, lux, and rumble, and the enemies were malphite, anivia, jinx, fiddlesticks, and evelynn. Not sure what cause it but I'm guessing it was the wall. I tried closing my client and everything and I still couldn't do anything upon rejoining the game. The tunnel I tried to enter but was stopped was from mid lane to the raptor camp.
