not earning hextech with s

hello im in other account because i couldnt create a discussion , my acc Name: my mom said nope, :P i wanted too say that im winning ranked games with Champion who dont have already a got an hextech, i Played 2 games 1 with Camile 1 with blitz i earned a s but i still dont get a hextech , i have own this Champions and have 4 chest available can somebody help me, sry for my bad english but i hope you understand
