hello, i just got banned for 8 games (Chat restriction) and my reward got locked.. yeah i was litle toxic , but after it i played at least 200 games without being toxic and it still locked . why is this it? on my other acc: my mom said nope

a repost? thats a downvote for you. you probably should have gotten the ability to recieve rewards back after that many games assuming you truly were not toxic but rewards are supposed to depend on your honor ranking now... is you honor ranking 2+? did it drop to 1? or -gasp- is it 0?!
