permabanned account

Hello guys nice too meet u , i wanted too say that my acc got permanelty banned that was not the first account.And yes , i was toxic but what could i do if i have guys who flame me too and maybe destroy the game. I already had 2 permabanned accounts and i knew if i would continue too flame i would get permabanned. i tried too dont but that was hard i didnt flame that much like Familys or smth like that.But i Wanted too know if i can do something better, u could ban my Chat for ever (chatban) .to Take a account where i payed like 100 euro its too much.Could u do something but i want too continue too Play.I know that not only 0,006% of the game have earned a perma ban thats nothing. I played also other games because i was bored too start new accounts.Here are my perma banned accounts if u could help me: hello its kostas kostasbest1 and fntc nick49. would be nice if u could at least too let me Play on 1.sry for my bad english but i hope u understand. i also read the summoner Code. if u want us too have fun, u shoulnt ban accounts where u payed Money on them. that dont rly have fun. i would like too talk with a riot supporter about that.many People payed Money on this game, but they are just stolen.pls answer back thank you
