If i knew how to post a screen shot I would, but I played a game against an urgot and zed that built a bunch of black cleavers. Not only did they have 3k+ hp, they also did the most damage in the game.
Please make triforce and black cleaver cdr a unique passive.
For anyone wondering, this only works because of the rune Transcendence.
Not sure about Tri force stacking, but cleaver stacking is definitely a thing. Making the CDR unique is an easy fix.
black cleaver stacking might seem strong but just remember you lose the passive on it completely so a small amount of armour makes the stacking weaker than building other items with it due to all cdr items giving ad not just black cleaver so say i built 3 cleavers yes i have alot of hp but low armour and mr making me still squishy for the late game what makes it good is they get stats faster but the stats are weaker later into game when you catch up do to not having affects from other items like frozen heart randuins spirit vissage or any other tank item so just play back and farm once you can catch up in farm thier stats will start to fall off
The thing is, this is the kind of build that Transcendence pushes for. Pushing out as much CDR as possible with the most efficient items is exactly what was designed for it to do. However, there aren't enough 20% CDR sources that aren't UNIQUE to support it, so stacking the same item multiple times is the only way to most efficiently make use of the rune besides maybe adding in a Trinity Force into the Black Cleaver stacking.
In short, this isn't something cheesy that slipped through design. It's how the rune wants to be used, it just doesn't have enough diverse support for it not to look cheesy. If Morellonomicon and maybe Nashor's Tooth didn't have UNIQUE CDR, the same would be true for AP champions. We might see people stacking multiple Morellonomicons for maximum mana, ability power, and CDR.
I was about to post something about this as well, but i think that this could be fixed by just giving transcendence diminishing returns so its actually useful to take but not to the extent where taking 3 black cleavers gives you a good amount of dmg and a large amount of health AND is extremely gold efficient
Its already bad enough that zed can already one shot people we should actually have a chance to kill him without him stacking hp from bc
its not as bad as the OG cleaver stacking from a several seasons ago, but it is pretty stupid.
No build that incorporates spamming one final tier item should ever be viable.
Just leave us Zed mains to have our fun -.-
