Please ip ban this dude He's logging into multiple accounts, I assume most of them he's hacked as he's been kicked off of them by someone else logging into the account he's on!

IP banning doesn't work that way, your ip changes every time you turn on your computer, it's generally reserved for when an internet company is doing something wrong, so the other company, in the case riot, would ban their IPs so their customers can't access LoL.
