Cloud Drake
I feel as if cloud drake needs a better buff. It really isn't worth it sometimes , as the passive is barely noticeable at best. Cloud drake needs a better buff to bring it up to par with other dragons.

Cloud drake is good when u have a lot of them, but unlike the others, is more situational as some champions benefit from it more than others.
The others provide universal bufffs that are always appreciated.
- Everyone loves free offensive stats
- Everyone loves free damage to objectives.
- Everyone loves free regen
- Not everyone cares about OoC Movement speed.
Maybe if it also gave a minor Wind shield similar to Malphite Passive whenever u re-enter OoC?
